Plot The Course to kick a goal

Sep 29, 2016

Plot The Course is aiming to kick the punters off with a goal in the first at Mooneee Valley on Grand Final eve. In what is a monster weekend of sport Plot The Course heads to the Valley in fine fettle after a nice return at Caulfield. He drops in class, rises in distance and will strip fitter for his second up run in the 1500m Benchmark 90. Michael Walker was very keen to retain the ride and no doubt will give him a great ride from barrier 4. Plot The Course has trained on very well and completed a strong piece of work last Saturday indicating that he is on the up. The predicted rain is still to come so hopefully it stays away to ensure a good track. It looks a very good race for Plot The Course 2nd up and with the blinkers going on expecting him to be closer in the run and hopefully ready to pounce on the turn. Mr Individual looks very hard to beat and might have the fitness edge on Plot The Course at this stage of his campaign but he will be strong late. Marwood and Sadaqa look chances as well. Hopefully the big son of Henrythenavigator can be more bulldog in the run home and feature in the finish.
