Remount Reunites with Cranbourne

May 20, 2015

Remount returns to his former stomping ground on Friday night at Cranbourne to prove that all greys handle wet tracks. The consistent son of Dash for Cash has won 2 of his last 4 runs with narrow third placings in the other 2 runs. He did a great job last start stepping up to the Benchmark 64 class for the first time only to get run down late by runners carrying 4kg less. Jamie Mott takes over from the injured Mark Pegus and will give the big grey every opportunity from barrier 4. Good opportunity for the VOBIS qualified Remount to have a crack at the prizemoney on offer stepping up to the 1200m 4th run in this campaign. Hopefully Remount can replicate Kaitoa's win at Cranbourne at the first ever night meeting at Cranbourne thereby giving Michael the honour of the first Local trainer to train a winner under lights.
