Cyclone Andy Trots In!

Sep 05, 2013

Cyclone Andy recorded his second win this time in with a dominant win over 1300m at Seymour. He is well and truly over the niggles that hampered his last preparation running right up to the form that saw him win at Flemington as a 3 year old. Dwayn Dunn  demonstrated why he is one of the best in the business by bouncing him out of the gates and dictating the race out in front. Cyclone Andy showed a good kick in the straight to put the race beyond doubt to win running away. Now a 5 year old Cyclone Andy is showing greater maturity and is not the nervous and spooky horse he once was early in his career. A great result for Pat, Michael and the team at Trotter Racing to get the big chestnut horse back winning. Now a winner of 4 races and over 130k the Devon Meadows home bred has a half sister by Sharkbite roaming the same paddock in anticipation for her racing career. Cyclone Andy on that win looks ready to step up to 1400m.
